OUR LOCATION

Our clinic is in the heart of Joondalup, conveniently near the Lakeside Joondalup Shopping centre with ample parking available, as well as walking distance to the Joondalup Train Station and Joondalup Hospital.

Information for your appointment:

We need a valid referral letter from either a GP, Optometrist or another Specialist.

A referral letter from a GP or Optometrist is valid for 1 year whilst a referral from a Specialist is valid for 3 months only.

Please check with the practice if the referral is valid for that appointment.

All appointments need to be arranged prior, unless there is an acute sight-threatening emergency.

For new patients to the practice, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork.

Please advise us if you are running late or are unexpectedly unable to attend your appointment so that we can reschedule your appointment if required.

Please bring your current prescription glasses and list of regular medications, if any.

Please allow 1-2 hours for your appointment because one may need multiple tests, scans or treatment.

Please note that your pupils may be dilated for your eyes to be examined which will cause your vision to be blurred and sensitive to the light for a few hours. It is therefore recommended that you attend your appointment with a driver or arrange someone to pick you up.

Those patients receiving laser treatment or injections on the day are also advised to have a driver arranged.

Parking:

There is street parking on Reid Promenade, right in front of 10 Reid Promenade.

There is parking lot – McLarty Avenue Parking Lot: No: 2 behind the building.

Parking is plenty and readily available.

Please be aware that the ticket machines only accept coins or credit card

Train Station:

The nearest train station is Joondalup Station. You can walk through Joondalup Lakeside Shopping Centre to the clinic. We are located on the Boas Ave exit of the shopping complex.
